To answer this question, it is important to know what defines a “scam”. According to the online Merriam – Webster dictionary, a scam is “a fraudulent or deceptive act or operation”. The purpose of a scam is a dishonest attempt to trap you into parting with your money. A ’scammer’ may approach personally, with an offer too good to be true or you may receive email, phone, text-message or post an offer that they press you to take up.There are charges that Carbon Copy Pro is a scam because they charge a $49 application fee. However, Carbon Copy Pro says that the application fee is used to screen out people who are not serious about home based business and the fee also helps the person who is doing the sale generate some revenue. Carbon Copy Pro also claims that anyone who joined and paid the $49 fee have a change of mind and decided not to join can have their money refunded back. If $49 is refund back to a person then does that mean that the person who did the sale and made $39 commission will have to pay back the $39 commission?
